For example: as paradox in the financial area of your life it as wise principle to: "Spend Less and Earn More". In other words reduce your negative intake and increase your positive activity. The only steps I would add, which I am sure Matt experienced in order reach the point where his words had real meaning, are Knowledge, Desire and Commitment. It is true that Self-discipline is required for sustained wellbeing, but it is also very important to have Ongoing Support to encourage your continued success. I will always be in your corner as long as you want me help and are willingly and actively striving to improve your life and the lives of those who are dear to you. What Will Be Addressed?
